Twenty-five years ago, Vaiva arrived in this country with her mother and sister — one bag, no language, no friends, and no safety net. What she did have was a dream: the American dream.

That single decision to leave everything behind became the foundation for everything she’d go on to build.

Starting from zero

In 2015, Vaiva stepped into the trucking industry as an assistant at a small trucking company. She wasn’t just there to do a job — she was there to learn everything she possibly could, because she already knew she’d have her own trucking company one day. Every piece of knowledge she gathered, she held onto with purpose.

Building a fleet

In 2019, Vaiva bought her first six trucks — the real starting point of her own fleet. From there, she partnered with a local dealership and built a lease-to-purchase option for drivers, a model that let her scale from those first six trucks all the way to a 137-truck fleet. With big ambition, a clear goal, and the right systems in place, she proved her belief: with the right systems, anything is possible.

From trucking to technology

In 2021, Vaiva started a new journey — helping truckers retire. For owner-operators who were ready to leave the trucking business, she began helping them sell their companies the right way. That work became the foundation for her first technology company, Domilea.

Trucker College

Vaiva’s passion has always been helping people — and that passion led her to found Trucker College, built for the “little guys,” the drivers and small trucking companies working to succeed and scale. For any truck driver who wants to grow their business and finally become the CEO of their own life, Trucker College is designed as a one-stop shop: a place to skip years of learning the hard way, and instead gain the guidance to learn it all in a matter of weeks.
