Delete your account

You can delete your Trucker College account at any time, from the app or the website. Deleting is permanent and happens right away — it can’t be undone.

How to delete it

In the Trucker College app on iPhone or Android, or on the website, go to Profile → Delete account (at the bottom of the page), enter your password and confirm.

Just signed up and haven’t entered your email code yet? Tap Delete account at the bottom of the code screen.

Can’t sign in?

Email support@morproinc.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll confirm it’s you and delete the account within 7 days. If you’ve only forgotten your password, you can also reset it and delete the account yourself.

What gets deleted

Your account and profile: name, email, phone number, photo, city, bio and roles.
Everything you posted: posts, comments, likes and follows.
Messages you sent, including live-class chat, and your lesson questions.
Your course progress, enrollments, certificates and live-class RSVPs.
Your sign-in sessions and notification settings on every device.

If you have a paid membership, it is cancelled immediately — you won’t be charged again. The remaining time on the current period isn’t refunded.

What we keep, and for how long

Payment records (amounts, dates, invoices) held by our payment processor, Stripe, for up to 7 years because tax and accounting law requires it.
Safety records, such as a record that an account was banned for breaking our rules, for up to 7 years, to stop abusive accounts from coming back.
Backups: deleted data is removed from our backups within 30 days.
Anything other members already shared or saved outside Trucker College, or details you shared with a partner directly, which we don’t control.
