Trucker College

Terms of Use

Last updated: October 8, 2026

These Terms are an agreement between you and MorPro Inc., a Florida corporation, which operates Trucker College. By creating an account or using the app on iPhone, Android or the web, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Trucker College.

1. Who can use Trucker College

You must be at least 16 years old. You’re responsible for the information in your account being accurate and for keeping your password private. One account per person; don’t create an account for someone else or impersonate anyone.

2. Community rules — zero tolerance

Trucker College is a professional community. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You may not post, send or share:

  • Harassment, bullying, threats, or hate based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any other protected trait.
  • Sexual content, nudity, or graphic violence.
  • Spam, scams, misleading offers, or repeated self-promotion.
  • Other people’s personal information without their permission.
  • Anything illegal, or that encourages unsafe driving, hours-of-service violations, or other dangerous behavior.
  • Content that infringes someone else’s copyright or trademark.

Report and block: you can report any post, comment, message, live-class chat message or member, and block any member so you no longer see each other’s content or messages. We review reports within 24 hours. When content breaks these rules we remove it, and we suspend or permanently ban the accounts responsible.

3. Your content

You own what you post. By posting, you give MorPro Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute it within Trucker College so the service works (for example, showing your post to other members). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where others have already shared it or we must keep it by law. You’re responsible for what you post and confirm you have the right to post it.

4. Courses, live classes and replays

Courses, lessons, live classes, replays, downloads and certificates are for your personal, non-commercial use. Don’t copy, record, resell or redistribute them. Live classes may be recorded; if you join on stage, you agree that your video, audio and name may appear in the replay.

Content is educational and shared by experienced instructors, but it isn’t legal, tax, financial or compliance advice. Regulations (including FMCSA and DOT rules) change — always confirm requirements with the official source or a qualified professional before acting.

5. Memberships and payments

Some courses and features need a paid membership, which you can buy on our website. Memberships renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel any time in the billing portal on our website; you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Except where required by law, we don’t refund partial periods. Prices can change; we’ll tell you before a change affects your renewal. If you delete your account, your membership is cancelled immediately.

6. Partners and offers

The Partners section lists instructors and businesses we work with and their offers. Offers are provided by those third parties, on their terms — we don’t guarantee their products or services. If you choose to share your contact details with a partner, they may contact you directly.

7. Suspension and deleting your account

We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put other members at risk. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account) — see Delete your account.

8. Disclaimers

Trucker College is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t guarantee the app will always be available or error-free, or that content from members, instructors or partners is accurate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, MorPro Inc. won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, data or business. Our total liability for any claim relating to Trucker College is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $100.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

11. App store terms

If you downloaded the app from Apple’s App Store or Google Play, these Terms are between you and MorPro Inc., not Apple or Google. Apple and Google aren’t responsible for the app or its content and have no obligation to provide support. If you use the iPhone app, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. If a change is important we’ll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Trucker College after that means you accept the new Terms.
